Our shop is at 9321 N. Division Street, so we're central to the whole city, South Hill, the north end, the valley side and downtown alike. Most of Spokane is a short drive, and we turn estimates around fast, usually within a day. The in-home estimate is free, and we measure the real floor before quoting.

Can you restore the original hardwood in an older South Hill home?
That's some of our favorite work. South Hill homes from the early 1900s often hide solid fir or oak under carpet, denser than anything sold today. If the boards are sound, we sand to bare wood, repair what's damaged board by board, restain and reseal. You keep the original floor and its character for less than a tear-out costs.
